Job Description
The Knowledge Management Team Administrator role sits within the Knowledge Management Team and reports into the Knowledge and Engagement Lead.
This is an internal customer facing role supporting the Knowledge Management team and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to email queries and content update requests in the dedicated intranet inbox.
- Manage content within the intranet environment, including loading text, images, videos, infographics, and adhering to intranet standards and using appropriate templates and styles.
- Provide training and support to site owners, producing training documentation when required, and encourage user adoption by directing users to training materials and available resources.
- Provide end‑user support and advise site owners on structural and quality expectations.
- Support the wider KM team with administrative tasks such as rebranding and reformatting documents.
- Maintain and own the intranet “Look book” and the “Knowledge Management” site, ensuring content is up to date and relevant.
- Support regional communications teams with publishing news articles.
- Provide analytical reporting to site owners on site usage and user behaviour.
- Ensure timely delivery of all work undertaken to meet business objectives.
- Follow SOX control responsibilities and internal procedures where applicable.
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Good time management, administration, and organisation skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to follow internal procedures and use predefined templates and styles.
- Team player, capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Highly detail‑oriented.
