As a Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for both patients and consultants, ensuring a seamless, concierge-style experience. You will work in a highly professional environment, coordinating diaries, managing sensitive information, and supporting both clinical and administrative functions. The roles offers salary of up to £32k and it operates on Monday - Friday (8.00am-5.00pm, 9.00am-6.00pm, 10.00am-7.00pm) basis with some overtime required at times to coordinate emergency appointments.
Patient Coordinator Responsibilities :
Act as the first point of contact for consultants and patients, delivering an impeccable, high-end service. Coordinate emergency and routine appointments, including surgical procedures, liaising with consultants, surgeons, nurses, and anaesthetists. Manage multiple consultant clinic diaries with precision and discretion. Communicate professionally and tactfully across all channels - in person, by telephone, and via email. Handle confidential patient information and process payments discreetly.
Oversee operational tasks such as stock control, ordering clinical supplies, and coordinating maintenance services. Uphold the highest standards of personal presentation, confidentiality, and service excellence at all times. Patient Coordinator Requirements:
