Location:
Cambridge Job Type: Temporary, Part Time - 20 hours per week Salary: £14 - £16 per hour REED Business Support are delighted to represent our client who are seeking a dedicated Clinic Coordinator to ensure their patients always receive the highest quality experience. This role involves optimizing clinic time utilization and supporting the efficient and effective running of the clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from patient interaction to administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations daily.
Day-to-day of the role:
Open and close the clinic, ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed. Manage the clinic diary effectively, optimizing appointment bookings and handling administrative tasks related to payments and patient data. Build and nurture strong relationships with both the clinical team and patients, enhancing the patient care experience. Support the promotion of clinic services and products, providing patients with information and assistance.
Maintain compliance with all clinic policies, including CQC compliance, and manage risk assessments and standard operating procedures. Conduct regular system reviews to identify and resolve issues with appointments, payments, and patient information. Complete daily room checks to ensure the clinic is clean, tidy, and well-stocked. Handle patient communications effectively, including answering calls, booking appointments, and managing patient information securely. Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and welcoming manner. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and timelines efficiently. Flexibility and the ability to work well within a team. Proficiency in IT and computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
Experience with Pabau and Apple products is desirable. Caring and compassionate nature, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
