We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Membership and Engagement Officer to join our high-performing and welcoming Membership Engagement and Support team. Mainduties of the job
- Coordinate diaries, meetings and agendas, ensuring the efficient operation of the membership team.
- Support the delivery of projects and key initiatives, helping to keep activities on track and delivered to high standards.
- Support member networks and forums, ensuring information is shared effectively and participants remain engaged
Manage membership administration processes, including CRM updates, data management and purchase orders. - Provide flexible administrative and operational support across the wider team as business priorities evolve.

Job responsibilities1.Taking responsibility for team operations including scheduling and supporting meetings, events and forums, preparing agendas, raising purchase orders and managing shared mailboxes.
2. Contribute to the delivery of key projects, including member visits and insight calls using the CRM to pull data for briefings and insights, and preparing draft reports.
3.Maintaining accurate CRM records including monitoring bounce-backs, responding to alerts about contact changes, liaising with members to confirm and update details
4. Taking ownership of creating and running regular CRM reports to monitor and improve data quality and working closely with communications to align CRM and email marketing lists, supporting engagement across our offers.
5. Build effective working relationships with internal teams particularly across Networks, policy and communications, and external members across our membership, including board members.
5. Supporting events and member engagement events and forums, including venue sourcing and providing on-day logistical support for webinars and face to face events.
6. Gathering, sharing and signposting relevant information from member forums across the organisation to support shared insight, and producing briefing notes for chairs and speakers.

Person Specification Experience- 1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, including senior board level contacts.
- 2. Highly developed IT proficiency with demonstrable skills in using multiple different systems such as CRM, website, dotdigital etc., and optimising engagement and experience for users and stakeholders.
- 3. Excellent written and verbal communication, including drafting contentious emails, speaker/chair briefings for events and briefing materials for senior stakeholders.
- 4.Experienced coordination skills including proactive ability to plan meetings, forums and projects efficiently.
