We are looking for a hard-working and conscientious team player to join our small friendly office based in Leeds. We expect you to be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.

• Type in data provided by customers.
• Move data from paper formats into computer files.
• Review and update existing data.
• Liaise with our sales team about urgent work.
• Calls with our customers to help understand the work they require us to do.
• 2+ years working in a data entry role.
• Fast typing skills with close attention to detail.
• Good practical experience with spreadsheets and, ideally, Sublime text files.
• Good knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Good command of English, both oral and written.
• Being able to use initiative.
• Educated to A-Level or higher.

We're a small, close-knit team, where you'd benefit from an informal and friendly environment. Brews and snacks are greatly encouraged here and are, therefore, readily available in our fully stocked fridge along with regular sandwich orders.
