Bid Coordinator

Experteer Overview As Bid Coordinator you will support Kier Construction's Work Winning team in delivering high-quality bids across the Northern region. You will manage end-to-end tender coordination, gather technical content, and maintain the bid library to ensure timely, compliant submissions. You'll collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to process improvement, enhancing how we win frameworks, PQQs and ITTs. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented role with a meaningful impact on project opportunities and client interviews.

• Coordinate end-to-end bid processes for construction tenders (PQQs, ITTs, framework submissions)
• Collect and validate technical content from stakeholders for submissions
• Maintain and update the bid library (CVs, case studies, standard responses)
• Manage bid schedules and deadlines using internal systems and trackers
• Assist in preparing client presentation materials and contribute to bid process improvements
• Experience in bid coordination or senior administrative role within the built environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines while ensuring quality and compliance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Relevant business, administration or construction qualification and full driving licence
