A well-established and successful professional services firm based in Gloucester is looking to recruit a Business Administrator to support the smooth day-to-day running of the office. The Role As a Business Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations while providing administrative support across the business. Acting as a first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll combine strong organisation skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence Maintaining and updating filing systems, including digital records Coordinating diaries, meetings, and appointments Preparing documents, reports, and presentations Ordering and managing office supplies Welcoming visitors and handling enquiries professionally Supporting client onboarding and associated administration processes Preparing and issuing invoices Carrying out credit checks and processing payments Assisting with credit control activities Providing general administrative support across the business as required What We're Looking For Previous administration experience within an office environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident IT user with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excellent organisational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively Professional and customer-focused approach Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive information GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English What's on Offer Competitive salary Pension scheme 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service Flexible full-time or part-time hours available Supportive and collaborative working environment Long-term career development opportunities Stable and established business with an excellent team culture
