Are you an immediately available experienced Personal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy managing competing priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring senior leaders can focus on delivering business objectives? We are working with a long-standing client to find them an experienced PA / Executive Support professional to provide high-level support to a Director within their busy and dynamic organisation.

This role is temporary to start in September.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing complex schedules and changing priorities. Key responsibilities include complex diary management, stakeholder coordination, meeting support, and administrative leadership.
Your new role

You will act as a trusted support partner to a Director, taking ownership of a demanding workload and ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of their commitments. Working at pace, you will proactively anticipate challenges whilst reacting quickly to changing priorities and urgent business needs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complex diary management using Outlook and Microsoft Teams
• Managing competing priorities and coordinating meetings across multiple stakeholders
