The Role
We are looking for a professional, personable and highly organised Senior IFA Administrator to join the Leeds office.
You will provide administrative and business-processing support to advisers and clients, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and back-office support to advisers and clients.
- Process new business and ongoing client servicing, including investment amendments, trades and withdrawals.
- Support client onboarding and review processes, including pre- and post-meeting administration.
- Liaise with product providers, platforms and other third parties.
- Maintain accurate client records and KYC information on the firm's CRM/back-office system.
- Process client invoices and liaise with Finance regarding outstanding payments.
- Monitor and progress tasks within agreed timescales.
- Review client documentation to ensure compliance requirements are met and resolve any remedial actions.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, advisers, colleagues and external providers.
About You
- Previous experience within IFA or Financial Services Administration.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working with CRM and back-office systems.
- A proactive and reliable approach to managing workload and deadlines.
