Business Analyst

Our superb new client, based in Wellingborough is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join them on a full time permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9.00am 5.00pm.

As Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, mapping and improving processes, supporting implementation projects, configuration and system selection, supporting change management, to adopt new systems and processes, production of process maps, documentation, collaborating with internal teams to assess business needs.

To be considered for the role of Business Analyst, you will be experienced in systems implementation, process improvement or business analysis, have strong analytical skills, be an excellent problem solver, thrive on collaborative working, will have excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.

In return, for the role of Business Analyst, our client is offering a salary up to £40,000, depending on level of experience, 23 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, life assurance, profit related performance bonus, pension, the chance to join a friendly, growing organisation.
