Strategic Sourcing Manager, Global Corporate Procurement

• Lead comprehensive sourcing projects for contingent workforce and temporary staffing categories.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights on market trends, rate benchmarks, supplier strategies, and compliance requirements.
• Drive commercial excellence in engagements involving MSP and VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY).
• Analyze complex datasets to identify cost optimization opportunities and enhance supplier performance.
• Manage competitive tender processes, evaluate proposals with cross-functional teams, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
• Draft and structure contracts tailored to client needs, with minimal legal support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Support category planning and sourcing strategies through market intelligence.
• Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge-sharing across the organization.

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in contingent workforce procurement, staffing supplier management, or within an MSP/VMS environment.
• In-depth knowledge of UK and European staffing markets, commercial models, and compliance frameworks (e.g., co‑employment, IR35, mark‑up structures).
• Hands‑on experience with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass, Beeline, or VNDLY.
• Proven ability to lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, multi‑client environments.
