Savings Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Pricing of the largest savings brands in the UK, using data to deliver fair value for customers and commercial objectives.
• Delivering the income and balance sheet plan, supporting the creation of forecasts and scenario planning.
• Crafting the savings strategy, providing high‑quality analysis on the savings market and competitors, and communicating findings to senior management.
• Enhancing pricing capabilities and commercial insights by continuously improving metrics and models.
• Assessing product changes, new ideas, and their impacts on customer and commercial outcomes.

• A self‑starter with previous experience in a commercially focused role and a strong background in using data to create proposals.
• Track record of thinking through sophisticated problems strategically, considering a broad range of business drivers and solutions, and communicating them simply.
• Confident applying critical thinking to interpret limited information and contribute ideas to support judgments and solutions.
• Ability to manage conflicting workload priorities, working accurately and meeting deadlines, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
