Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and gather essential data from customers to understand business processes and objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive business process documentation and performance evaluations.
• Analyse and validate the company's functional specifications to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Identify business financial requirements and propose appropriate recommendations and solutions.
• Collaborate with main line staff to analyse essential project requirements and review business documents.
• Develop both temporary and long‑term business strategies to drive growth.
• Understand and prepare detailed business cases outlining project life cycles, including enhancements.
• Draft expected business outcomes and establish processes for accomplishment.
• Validate project requirements and solutions, ensuring they meet project objectives.
• Collect and monitor data, including customer feedback, to refine ongoing projects.
• Prepare and deliver business reports in collaboration with main line staff.
• Create business analyses, including flow charts and diagrams to illustrate findings.
• Compile workflows and interpret business needs to outline opportunities and challenges.
• Manage day‑to‑day job duties, including planning, advertising, public relations, distribution, and company events.
• Oversee project management and assessment, ensuring timely delivery of all initiatives.
• Utilise data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from data sets for informed decision‑making.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible and meet user requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.
