MissionAs Sales Executive – Industrial Products, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers across the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia, whilst also supporting the Feed & Agro sector in France. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, developing, and expanding our current client base, as well as identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Account Management
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned markets
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts, improving both sales and profitability whilst building long-term partnerships.
- Classify customers, analyse market potential, and build annual growth strategies
- Apply pricing strategies, negotiate agreements, and support tender processes resolving issues effectively.
- Market Analysis & Strategy
- Conduct market studies to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Analyse sales performance, profitability, and margins using BI tools; propose improvements.
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance, customer service) to maximise results.
- Represent Tolsa at trade fairs, conferences, and industry events.
- Qualification in Sciences or Engineering (degree level preferred)
- 2 to 5 years of international sales experience, ideally in Feed & Agro, additives & fillers, Functional Additives, Environmental, or similar industrial sectors
- Willingness to travel across the UK and abroad
- Occasional visits to the office Leeds for meetings
- CRM management (preferably Salesforce).
- Market analysis and business development strategies.
- E-commerce and digital sales knowledge.
- Category Management experience (desirable).
- Strategic thinking, adaptability, and results orientation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset and continuous improvement approach.
- French is advantageous.
- Any other language is a plus
