The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Partnerships to build, manage, and scale a strategic brand and commercial partnerships portfolio that drives brand reach, associations and commercial value across B2B, B2C. This role will own the partnerships strategy end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to negotiating agreements and managing key relationships – building solutions right for the Pure Gym brand and its members.

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Operations teams to ensure partnerships are commercially impactful, well-executed, and aligned with objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a partnerships strategy and portfolio across Pure Gym’s operating markets, aligned with business goals
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritise existing and new partnership opportunities
  • Build scalable partnership models that support revenue growth and member acquisition
Brand & Customer Experience
  • Create partnerships that enhance the end-user experience and strengthen brand affinity
  • Ensure partnerships align with brand values, tone, and customer expectations
  • Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns, launches, and community activations
Relationship Management
  • Own and manage senior-level relationships with key partners
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic partners, ensuring strong engagement and performance
  • Represent the business externally at industry events, meetings, and conferences
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery of partnerships with internal teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, launch, and ongoing optimisation of partnerships
  • Set clear KPIs, track, analyse, and report on partnership performance and ROI, using insight and performance data to refine partnership mix and inform future strategy
The Person
  • Proven experience in partnerships and/or business development (7+ years)
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders internally and externally
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term, high-value partnerships
  • Experience in consumer sectors
  • Experience managing or building a partnerships function
  • Experience launching co-branded campaigns or experiential partnerships
  • International partnerships experience, especially UK, EU and USA

  • Confident communicator and relationship builder
  • Results‑driven, analytical, and commercially minded
