Emma was founded by engineers, who are extremely focused on coding, product and data. These are the three pillars on which we want to build a strong tech culture and fix personal finance once for all. 💪

We have raised more than $8m+ to date to build the one stop shop for all your financial life. Our investors include Connect Ventures (investor in Curve, True Layer and City Mapper), Kima Ventures, one of the first in Transferwise, and Aglaé Ventures, early stage fund of the Groupe Arnault, investor in Netflix and Airbnb.

Alongside them, several angel investors, who have built and sold industry leading companies have decided to take part into this journey. 🚀

• Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand the qualities, skills, and attributes that define exceptional candidates for our team.
• Identify, connect with, and engage top talent across various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of highly qualified candidates.
• Develop and refine our recruitment framework, from selecting the right tools and technologies to standardising workflows that promote efficiency and fairness.
• Design and deliver a seamless end-to-end candidate journey, ensuring every touchpoint reflects our values and fosters engagement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design interview structures that are both thorough and bias-free, enabling teams to make confident, data-driven hiring decisions.

• You have sourced and hired exceptional people and have experience hiring for technical
