About the RoleAs a Assistant Product Manager (Apprenticeship), you’ll work closely with our experienced product management team to support the development, launch, and marketing of innovative construction products. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while completing a structured apprenticeship program in project management.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing product life cycles from concept to launch.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Support product data management and documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
- Assist with third party product testing and certification.
- Help prepare presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
- Research and analytical skills
- Project Management
- Confident communication skills
- Co‑ordination with cross‑functional stakeholders
- Commercial prioritisation and awareness
- IT competent (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Interest in construction and building materials.
- Driving license is essential
