About the Role

As a Assistant Product Manager (Apprenticeship), you’ll work closely with our experienced product management team to support the development, launch, and marketing of innovative construction products. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience while completing a structured apprenticeship program in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing product life cycles from concept to launch.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Support product data management and documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams.
  • Assist with third party product testing and certification.
  • Help prepare presentations, reports, and promotional materials.
Qualifications
  • Research and analytical skills
  • Project Management
  • Confident communication skills
  • Co‑ordination with cross‑functional stakeholders
  • Commercial prioritisation and awareness
  • IT competent (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Interest in construction and building materials.
  • Driving license is essential
