The Role

End-to-End Search: Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for C-suite, VP, and Director-level mandates.

Strategic Headhunting: Utilise advanced mapping and sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive, high-market-value talent.

Client Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and organizational design advice.

Business Development: Leverage your existing network and Alfa’s reputation to win new retained and exclusive business.

Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Alfa Executive Solutions at industry events and through thought-leadership content.

The Person

We aren't looking for a "CV pusher." We want a consultant with gravitas and a meticulous approach. You will likely have:

Experience: A minimum of 3–5 years in executive search or senior-level professional recruitment.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English, with the ability to converse confidently with board-level stakeholders.

Resilience: A proven ability to manage long-cycle, complex placements with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Network: A strong existing footprint in a Specific Sector, e.g., Tech/Finance/Life Sciences.

Work Ethic: A self-starter attitude with the discipline to manage your own desk like a business.
