Role SummaryTo provide professional and efficient administrative support and people management to the warehouse management team to ensure internal and external customer service excellence.
Supporting managing the goods flow pipeline for finished goods from production to dispatch between sites.
Core Duties/Responsibilities- Administer the booking in and dispatch process
- Ongoing weekly and monthly stock check
- Work with 3rd party transport
- Monitor inbound and outbound delivery schedules
- Manage and file all paperwork to ensure compliance to ISO, and FSC
- Control of daily inventory checks across Roberts Mart
- Collect data for KPI reporting
- Liaise with ordering team for PPE
- Ordering collection for waste
- Support with RTW and investigation interviews
- Completion of daily/weekly reports
- Attend team meetings as and when required
- Conduct verbal/ and written handovers as requested
- Carry out racking inspections when required (training will be provided)
- Complete near miss reporting
