We are hiring enthusiastic, driven and ambitious graduates to join Axzel Search's team in Leeds as a Graduate Business Consultant
. This position is a sales and business development focused role; you will be working towards sales targets and responsible for developing your own client relationships and seeking senior-level talent globally.

Responsibilities
  • Full 360 degree executive recruitment role, managing end-to-end senior management recruitment processes with clients and candidates.
  • Specialising in a niche industry sector within one of our core markets globally.
  • Developing new business with clients and fostering key customer relationships.
  • Headhunting top industry talent for high-level vacancies.
  • Consulting with clients to shape hiring programmes and decisions.
  • Technology-based work across Telephone, Video, Email and Face-to-Face interactions to build long-term relationships.
  • Working autonomously and independently
    , as well as within a team, treating the market as its own business unit.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is not necessary, but preferred.
  • Driven, confident individuals focused on sales and business development
    .
  • A positive and resilient mentality.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Be accountable for hitting targets and growing your market/industry.
  • A desire to go beyond day-to-day tasks.
