Consortia is seeking an experienced Product leader with demonstrated experience in the lending industry, preferably within the fintech sector. As the business progresses through its digital transformation journey, the ideal candidate will be instrumental in shaping product strategy, fostering innovation, and providing exceptional services to consumers.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Requirements:

• Develop and implement a product strategy aligned with our vision of becoming a leading business bank.
• Recognise growth opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to enhance our products.
• Use fintech knowledge and industry insights to drive innovation and digital transformation, incorporating emerging technologies.
• Expand our product portfolio to include business banking services like deposits, lending, trade finance, and other solutions for small and medium-sized businesses.
• Enhance and maintain core payment systems, including POS terminals, ensuring seamless and secure transactions.
• Champion a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering value and an exceptional user experience for our merchant and business customers.
• Stay updated on financial regulations, ensuring product and service compliance.
• Build and lead a top-performing product team, promoting innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Skills Needed:

• Proven experience in fintech, product management, and business banking.
• Strong understanding of core payment systems, financial technologies, and digital banking platforms.
• In-depth knowledge of lending products and services, including consumer and small business lending, credit scoring models, and risk assessment.
• Proven track record of scaling products, particularly within the financial services industry.
• Experienced leading multiple squads.
