How You Will Make an Impact
You will sit at the heart of Customer Development, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category to identify opportunities, embed NRM principles and deliver a pipeline of initiatives from idea to execution. Your work will improve price realisation, trade investment efficiency and overall business performance - driving a triple-win for Arla, our customers and shoppers.
- Embed NRM thinking into category, brand and customer plans to influence day-to-day decisions.
- Shape pricing strategies across brands and categories to improve price realisation.
- Improve promotional effectiveness, refining strategies with a focus on ROI and shopper impact.
- Build and optimise pack-price architecture aligned to shopper needs and channel roles.
- Prioritise and sequence initiatives by channel and customer, owning delivery from business case to execution.
