• Facilitate the complex Quote‑to‑Order process by interfacing across sales, operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Provide escalatory analytical and process support for complex, non‑standard enterprise deals
• Review contract booking submissions for accuracy, completeness, and strict alignment with corporate revenue recognition policies
• Enforce standard operating procedures and compliance workflows while delivering a highly professional customer experience

• 2+ years of deal operations, order processing, or contract management experience within a technology, hardware, or software environment
• Proven capability to manage multi‑stakeholder approval workflows under tight timelines and pressure
• Solid foundational understanding of contractual agreements, revenue recognition principles, and basic logistics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with absolute discretion when handling sensitive financial data

• Hands‑on technical proficiency with , Google Suite, Excel, and Domo analytics dashboards
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial discipline
