Sell-Side M&A Manager Equity

Iwoca Ltd is looking for a Sell-Side Transaction Manager to join their growing manda Deal Team in Greater London. You will work closely with small business owners to guide them through the M&A process and build a portfolio of seller mandates. As part of a high-growth venture with the flexibility of a startup, you’ll own the sell-side journey from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include qualifying leads, managing client expectations, and collaborating with key stakeholders. This role offers a base salary of £40,000 to £90,000, influenced by performance-linked incentives and a vibrant company culture that encourages growth and independent thinking.
