You will act as a trusted partner to customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to increase revenue, improve customer retention, and maximise account performance.
Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer-related matters. Build strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering strategic account reviews and maintaining agreed service standards. Drive account growth through increased customer engagement, solution-based selling, and identification of new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Business Development and Operations, to deliver tailored fleet and rental solutions.
Monitor account performance, commercial viability, and payment activity, proactively managing risks and resolving escalations efficiently. Prepare and present performance reports, forecasts, and customer insights to both clients and senior management. Negotiate commercial terms, present proposals, and support the successful implementation of value-added services. Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to continuous improvement across customer service and account management processes. Support the development and performance of Account Managers and Account Executives through coaching, mentoring, and sharing best practice to drive team success and professional growth.
Skills & Experience Proven success within a senior account management, B2B sales, or client relationship management role, ideally within fleet management, vehicle leasing, or automotive services. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver measurable results. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at all levels. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A collaborative and proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
