This organisation partners with employers across the UK to deliver high-impact apprenticeship and workforce development programmes across digital, leadership, and professional skills.

They are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the Yorkshire region and beyond. This is a high-activity, new business focused role where success comes from generating your own pipeline, building relationships, and closing opportunities.

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development
• Strong new business / self-generated sales experience
• Hungry, resilient, and target-driven mindset
• Comfortable speaking with senior decision makers
• Experience in apprenticeships, training, recruitment, or consultative sales preferred
• Keen to join a growing business with progression opportunities
