A bit about the job
:

You'll join Green Flag's Performance Optimisation & Change team, helping us use data to improve how we support our customers when they need us most. You will analyse operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and turn complex data into clear recommendations. Working with operational leaders and stakeholders across the business, you will help shape decisions that improve service, efficiency, and customer outcomes.

You will be accountable for delivering accurate reporting, actionable insight, and performance analysis that supports business planning and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Deliver accurate reporting and performance analysis to support business planning and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders and stakeholders across the business to shape decisions that improve service, efficiency, and customer outcomes.
Qualifications / Skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and meaningful insight from data.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience producing reports and performance analyses.
  • Ability to explain complex data in a simple, clear, and engaging way for different audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Experience using reporting or data visualisation tools, such as Power BI or Tableau, would be beneficial.
