What you'll be doing

This is an opportunity to help shape the future of one of the UK's leading Personal Loans businesses, influencing how millions of customers access and manage borrowing while driving the next phase of growth and transformation.

We're on an exciting journey to transform our Group and the way we're shaping finance for good. Within Unsecured Lending, we’re the UK's number one provider of personal loans, helping customers achieve their ambitions through market-leading lending products and innovative experiences such as Your Credit Score.

As a Growth and Transformation Manager, you'll play a central role in defining how the Personal Loans business evolves over the coming years. You'll help shape a long‑term strategic roadmap for growth, developing new propositions and initiatives that deliver commercial value while improving customer outcomes. Working closely with product, pricing and platform teams, you'll turn customer insight, market intelligence and emerging technology trends into opportunities that help us stay ahead of customer expectations and the competitive landscape.

You’ll use your understanding of customer needs, technology and data to identify new opportunities for growth, while ensuring propositions are developed responsibly and in line with regulatory requirements such as Consumer Duty. You'll collaborate with stakeholders across the Group to turn strategic thinking into tangible outcomes, using AI and data capabilities to accelerate innovation, improve delivery and create exceptional customer experiences.

This is a highly visible role where you'll influence key business decisions, contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, and help build a high‑performing team that’s passionate about transforming the future of lending.
