Business Analyst

Rate: Inside IR35 - £450/day Umbrella (negotiable for the right skills)
Location: Leeds - 2 days per week in the office

We are supporting a large UK organisation undergoing a significant finance data and reporting transformation and are seeking an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join the programme.

The role will focus on gathering, analysing, and refining requirements for finance reporting and accounting data solutions. Working closely with Finance stakeholders and a cross-functional delivery team, you will help shape scalable, insight-driven solutions that improve reporting capability and support better decision-making across the business.

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across Finance and Accounting functions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define reporting, dashboard, and data requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for technical teams.
