This role will initially be based in Bradford but were moving our office to Leeds Valley Park in September 2026, so youll be based there in the future - Hybrid Working (3 days office a week Bradford/Leeds) Work type:

Developer Services are a key part of how we plan to meet the changing expectations of customers and regulators. To own the production and control of regulatory reporting outputs for Developer Services, ensuring submissions are accurate, timely and supported by robust analysis. The role has a clear split from operational reporting and is focused on regulated outputs such as D-MeX, WUK, APR support and related compliance reporting.
It provides the analytical backbone for regulatory performance, ensuring trends, risks and forecast positions are understood and communicated clearly. Where you fit in:
As our Regulatory Performance Analyst you will Produce and maintain D-MeX reporting, including data collation, validation, calculation support, trend analysis and performance insight to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting. Deliver WUK report processing and monthly regulatory reporting activities in line with required standards, governance processes and submission deadlines. Support APR reporting and wider annual regulatory assurance activities through the preparation, analysis and validation of robust data sets and supporting evidence.
Monitor regulatory performance through trend analysis and forecasting, identifying emerging risks, deteriorating performance and opportunities for improvement. Ensure regulatory data is effectively controlled, reconciled and supported by clear audit trails, maintaining the integrity and reliability of all submissions. Work closely with the Compliance & Assurance Manager to support audit readiness, governance reviews and internal and external assurance activities. Provide regulatory insight and reporting expertise to operational and strategic stakeholders, helping translate complex data into meaningful actions and business decisions.
