Waythrough is seeking an Individual Placement Support (IPS) Employment Specialist to join the Forward Leeds team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on helping service users move into employment, with career coaching, CV writing, interview techniques, and employer connections across Leeds.
Travel across Leeds is expected; a driving licence is beneficial but not essential. IT equipment and a mobile phone will be provided to support field-based work across multiple locations.
