Join us asa Continuous Improvement Consultant! Youll play a key role in driving meaningful change that improves outcomes for both our customers and our business. Working closely with Business Product Owners and a wide range of stakeholders across the UK business youll lead the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives that align with our strategic objectives and deliver measurable value. Youll be responsible for identifying opportunities to simplify processes reduce waste and improve performance while ensuring solutions are delivered to agreed time cost and quality standards.
As the owner of our UK Process Architecture framework youll ensure processes are clearly documented regularly maintained and supported by effective controls and governance. Youll lead the review of end-to-end processes across multiple teams embedding clear ownership and strong hand-offs while using established methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to deliver sustainable improvements. Just as importantly youll be an advocate for a culture of continuous improvement building trusted relationships across teams including Customer Experience Operations Transformation Analytics Compliance Learning & Development Shared Services and our legal and recovery businesses to secure engagement gather insight and drive change that makes a real difference.
What we are looking for:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt qualified with proven experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
Strong process mapping and process architecture expertise with experience documenting processes to BPMN2 standards using tools such as Blueworks Live Visio or similar platforms.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret process and data insights identify root causes and recommend effective improvements and controls.
Confident communicator and facilitator experienced in planning and leading workshops influencing stakeholders at all levels and building alignment across teams.
Good understanding of risk and control frameworks with the ability to identify control gaps and implement robust process controls.
Results-focused and highly adaptable with strong attention to detail a naturally inquisitive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment.
