Insolvency Administrator to Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on experience and grade, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with the administration of insolvency appointments.
• Managing a portfolio of cases from appointment through to closure.
• Working on CVLs, MVLs, Administrations, CVAs and Compulsory Liquidations.
• Preparing statutory documentation and reports.
• Liaising with directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Conducting investigations and asset realisation activities.
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
• Supporting business development and client relationship activities at senior levels.
