Wastewater Tanker Scheduler - 4 on 4 off shift pattern 12 hours per day

You'll be at the heart of a vital wastewater operation, ensuring the right resources are deployed at the right time to support customers, emergency responses, planned works, and service delivery across the region.

• Up to £36,000 per annum dependent on experience + up to £6k annual discretionary bonus

• Planning and scheduling wastewater tanker operations across a busy service area
• Managing driver workloads and vehicle utilisation to maximise efficiency
• Responding to urgent and reactive customer requirements
• Coordinating directly with operations managers, drivers, customers, and field teams
• Monitoring job progress and making real-time adjustments when priorities change
• Supporting service level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs
• Identifying opportunities to improve productivity, utilisation, and customer service
  Ideally, you'll have:
• We're interested in people who can think ahead, stay calm under pressure, and make things happen.
• Previous scheduling, planning, or dispatch experience
• Experience with in wastewater, drainage, utilities, transport, logistics, tanker operations, or field services
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
• Confidence using scheduling and operational systems
• A customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset
