Vincera Consulting Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Lead for a fixed term / self-employed engagement of around 12 months, starting ASAP. The role offers hybrid working: 2–3 days on site, 1–2 days home, and 1–2 days in the office, with a day rate circa £450.
You will own the commercial function on a residual scheme delivered on Construction Management principles, lead on procurement, cost reporting, forecasts and risk management, and engage with clients, consultants
