A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.
The roleYou will lead work to improve business resilience across the firm's UK and international offices.
- Set resilience standards, governance and an improvement plan
- Agree roles, decisions and escalation for incident management
- Review business impact assessments and recovery plans
- Work with IT and information security on recovery priorities
- Plan and run an annual testing and exercise programme and report on readiness
- Strong experience leading change across teams in professional services or another regulated setting
- Working knowledge of business continuity and recovery planning
- Experience partnering with IT and security teams
- ISO 22301 or a similar qualification would help
- Flexible and hybrid working, open to discussion at interview
