Pricing Analyst

This job requires some schedule flexibility to collaborate effectively with US colleagues during core overlap hours.

You will act as a primary person in the assessment and approval of budgets for the UK and the US 4 x Clinical Research Units Services. Your will work on highly time sensitive client deliverable, as you will be the last team to approve budgets before they go to the client.

• Help ensure pricing packages are approved and delivered to clients on time.
• Check that budgets and financial calculations are accurate.
• Review margins
• Advising Sales and Client Managers on client pricing negotiations, discount guidance and authorizations.
• Building and maintaining internal costing models and tools.
• Developing commercial data pricing analysis for key insights into Fortrea's commercial engine.
• Support commercial, sales, RFI responses and Clinical teams with all their data analytics and reporting needs.
• Your analysis will help gather, interpret and analyse data to support client-facing requests (specially Requests for Information), using data from multiple systems.

• Education Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Business or Life Sciences.
• Experience & Skills Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fields of financial budgeting, pricing, margin analysis, proposals or contracts. Previous experience in the clinical research sector is a plus (i.e. translating protocol procedures to costing models, building clinical budgets based on preliminary feasibility indications, etc.).
• This job relies heavily on Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency is a must-have.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau and Power BI are beneficial.
• Efficient multitasker: adept at prioritizing tasks within a dynamic, changing priorities and rapidly expanding environment.
• Skilled in building rapport through diplomacy and tact, with excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey analysis and recommendations clearly and concisely.
