Childrens Residential Support Worker

Childrens Residential Support Worker Kent £13.68 per hour We are recruiting Children's Residential workers for Children's homes across Kent. As a Children's Residential Worker you will be providing nurturing, supportive, and structured care for children and young people in residential homes.

Assisting individuals with activities, daily life, educational, emotional development, and trauma recovery. The ideal candidate for will have:
Experience working within a Childrens setting, at least 2 years. Safeguarding training and knowledge of child protection procedures . Empathy, patience, and resilience when working with vulnerable children . Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to handle challenging behaviours effectively . Excellent organizational and administrative skills .
