This is a great opportunity to join our expanding Property & Construction team in the North, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the Cost Management of projects across a range of sectors including residential, retail, commercial and education.

Relevant skills and experience:

• Relevant Quantity Surveying Qualification i.e. BSc or MSc,
• Experience working in a QS/Cost Manager level capacity,
• Experience managing your own projects,
• Experience working on projects within the Property markets,
• Consultancy or Client-Side experience would be beneficial,
• MRICS membership or working towards Chartership, would be desirable.
