We are working in partnership with a well-established, forward‑thinking main contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager for a landmark £45m commercial office development in Leeds.

This is a flagship project comprising a high‑specification 2‑storey office block with a complex basement structure, delivering premium commercial space in a prime city location.

Our client is a highly respected regional construction business with a strong pipeline of secured work across the North of England. Known for quality delivery, collaborative culture, and repeat business with blue‑chip clients, they operate across commercial, education, healthcare, and mixed‑use sectors.

Due to continued growth and the award of this significant scheme, they are looking to strengthen the site leadership team with an experienced Senior Site Manager.

As Senior Site Manager, you will take day‑to‑day operational responsibility for the project, reporting to the Project Manager. You will oversee site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
