Chartered Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor - Leeds

I'm currently working with a leading global property consultancy that is looking to appoint a Chartered Building Surveyor or Senior Building Surveyor into their Leeds Building Consultancy team. This is a genuinely varied role offering a blend of professional services and project-led work, supporting major investors, landlords, and occupiers across a diverse commercial portfolio. The team has a strong reputation in the market and offers a collaborative, high-performing environment with clear progression opportunities.

You'll be involved in delivering a broad range of core Building Surveying services, including:

• Dilapidations (landlord & tenant)
• Contract Administration
• Project Running
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments
• Schedules of Condition
• Building pathology, defect analysis, and reporting

Beyond delivery work, the role offers real scope to:

• Take ownership of key client relationships
• Support and mentor junior surveyors
• Collaborate with colleagues across project management, valuation, agency, and asset management teams
• Contribute to business development and wider team initiatives
• Gain exposure to regional and pan-European instructions where required
