A leading residential development firm is seeking a Site Quantity Surveyor for a large-scale residential project in Leeds. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of commercial management, including cost control, procurement, and contract administration. A minimum of 5 years of Quantity Surveying experience is required, along with strong knowledge of JCT contracts. This role is site-based and involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project.
