Quantity Surveyor Fire Stopping Manchester £50,000 £ 60,000 (DOE) plus package

The Role We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in fire stopping and sprinkler systems to join our team in Manchester. You will manage project costs from tender through to final account, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities Preparing estimates and tenders Reviewing drawings and specifications Managing budgets and cost forecasts Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts Procuring and negotiating subcontract packages Liaising with site teams and clients Managing commercial risk Requirements Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in fire stopping and sprinkler systems Understanding of passive fire protection / sprinkler systems Knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts (preferred) Ability to manage multiple projects Strong commercial and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and QS software Full UK driving licence Whats on Offer £50,000 £ 60,000 salary (depending on experience) Pension scheme Car allowance or company vehicle 25 days holiday  bank holidays Career progression opportunities If you're an experienced QS looking to join a well established fire protection contractor, wed like to hear from you.
