Senior Project Manager £60m Residential Scheme Leeds Our client, an established main contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a £60m residential development in Leeds. This is a senior, site-based role with full responsibility for programme, quality, safety, and commercial performance through to completion.

Key Responsibilities Overall responsibility for construction delivery from mobilisation to handover Managing programme, sequencing, and site logistics Leading the site team and managing subcontractors Working closely with commercial teams on cost control and variations Ensuring high standards of quality, health & safety, and compliance Acting as the main point of contact with the client during construction Experience Required Proven experience delivering large residential projects (£40m+) for a UK main contractor Strong construction, programme, and team leadership skills Solid commercial awareness SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), First Aid
