This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Site Project Manager located in Leeds. The Site Project Manager will oversee day‑to‑day activities on the construction site, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and on time. Other responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing resources, supervising contractors, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The role requires proactive project management and problem‑solving to maintain seamless progression across all phases of construction projects.

• Proficiency in Project Management and experience in managing site logistics and operations
• Hands‑on expertise to maintain schedule adherence
• Knowledge and experience with inspection processes and quality assurance standards
• Strong skills in logistics management to coordinate materials, labour, and site resources effectively
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership abilities
• Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
• A relevant qualification in construction management and first aid
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry
