• Manage multiple commercial soft flooring projects across South London and the South East from pre-start through to completion.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, site programmes and project schedules to ensure works are delivered on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, main contractors, suppliers and installation teams while attending regular site and progress meetings.
• Oversee the installation of carpet, vinyl, LVT, safety flooring and other commercial flooring systems to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor project costs, variations, health & safety compliance and overall commercial performance across all live projects.
• Ideally candidates will have previous experience within commercial flooring or CAT A / CAT B fit-out environments, with the ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Applicants should be based within or around South London, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire or Oxfordshire due to the company’s operational coverage across these regions.
