Theroleoffersexposuretoinspections,measuredsurveys,defect diagnosis,andthepreparationofreportsandspecifications.
Thereisalsostronginvolvementinfireremediationprojects,makingexperienceinthisareahighlydesirable.
Youwillhavetheopportunitytoworkontechnicallychallengingschemeswhiledevelopingyourexpertisewithinasupportiveandcollaborativeenvironment.

APC,Assoc
RICS,andMRICScandidates,alongsideclearprogressionroutesformoreexperiencedsurveyors.
- Conductbuildinginspections,measuredsurveys,anddefectanalysis
- Deliverfireremediationandbuildingsafety-related projects
- Prepare clear,accurate reports,specifications,andtechnicaldocumentation
- Provideprofessionaladviceonmaintenance,refurbishment,andrepairworks
- Liaisewithclients,contractors,andprojectteamstodeliverhigh-quality outcomes
- Supportprojectadministrationandcontractmanagementwhererequired
- Mentorandsupportthedevelopmentofjuniorteammembers
- Ensurecompliancewithrelevantstatutoryregulationsandprofessionalstandards
- MRICS,Assoc
RICS,APC-level,oragraduatewitharelevantsurveyingqualification - Experienceinsectorssuchasresidential,rail,education,orhealthcareisadvantageous
- Fireremediationorbuildingsafetyexperienceishighlydesirable
- Strongtechnicalabilityandattentiontodetail
- Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills
