  • Drive Continuous Improvement – Analyse performance data, spot trends, and implement smarter, safer, more efficient ways of working.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams – Work closely with site managers, engineers, subcontractors, and senior leadership to embed a quality‑first mindset.
  • Champion Compliance – Ensure all builds meet UK construction standards, client expectations, and company policies.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in construction quality assurance or a related technical discipline.
  • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and industry best practice.
  • Confident communicator who can influence, challenge, and support teams at all levels.
  • A proactive problem‑solver with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
