CPCS​/NPORS Operator

Teamforce Labourre currently seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a busy and growing site team in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to work on a range of ongoing construction and civil engineering projects with a reputable contractor.

As a 360 Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of excavators on site, supporting groundworks and construction activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

• Operate 360 excavators safely and competently
• Carry out excavation, grading, and trenching works
• Work alongside ground workers and site supervisors
• Conduct daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Follow site health & safety procedures at all times
• Assist with general site duties when required

• Valid CPCS or NPORS card (essential)
• Proven experience operating 360 excavators on construction sites
• Good understanding of site safety and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and hard-working attitude
