Estimator - Warrington £45,000 - £60,000  Package The Opportunity We are working with a well-established and growing £40m turnover Developer / Contractor based in Warrington, who are looking to strengthen their Pre-Construction team with the appointment of an Estimator. The Role As an Estimator, you will play a key role within the Pre-Construction team, supporting the accurate assessment and costing of projects from early-stage land appraisals through to tender submission.

Key Responsibilities Produce cost appraisals for new land opportunities Carry out detailed take-offs and develop cost plans and feasibility studies Review drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates (materials, labour, plant) Support tender submissions including pricing and documentation Liaise with Land, Technical and Design teams to gather key project information Maintain and update cost databases and estimating records Provide general support across pre-construction activities About You Experience in an Estimating role within construction Backgrounds from house building, developer or main contractor environments considered Relevant qualification (HNC/HND, Degree, BTEC or working towards) Strong understanding of construction methods and cost planning principles Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office High attention to detail with strong analytical skills Collaborative and proactive approach
